Follow the story missions until you get to the Guerilla Camp. Here you will find the tiny dog Chorizo. Do the quest near his dog bowl by getting him Croc meat. Let him eat then dog his next quest. You can find the key in a box and he joins you. Follow him around and he will lead you to loot spots around the camp. I use my .50 cal to one shot soldiers with a headshot or hit them while they are hiding behind a tree. Personally , for my playstyle and use , the mbp is the best sniper rifle.
