Go to ets file in your documents/download folder click config, under "uset r buffer page size" reset value 10 to a higher number i.e. 50, i tried it and game is much better, will try even higher number and see how it goes, Malc. It seems the higher the number, the better the FPS. P.S. might be obvious BUT exit the game BEFORE setting new value and restart, otherwise it resets to original value

Remove your "Documents\Euro Truck Simulator 2" folder and files off of OneDrive. Check your Mods, ensure they are for you version of the game. Not sure but I think this is from 2016 - "SiSL's Mega Pack Addon: Star Wars Traffic", not sure if it works or not. Edit: Oh and not complete log.
My install folder for ETS2 is 19,4 GB, this includes all map dlc and most other dlc. My documents ets2 folder is 61 GB, of which Promods (incl. middle east) uses 9.09 GB.
